DC Art Model Collective

While taking a figure drawing class at Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida, in 1989 I thought I would like to try modeling so that I could experience what it feels like to take poses and maybe it would help with my drawings. I inquired about becoming a model and started modeling for the college in the fall of 1989. I've been modeling ever since. When I first started modeling I would model anywhere along the Florida Gulf Coast, even traveling to Orlando for a few sessions, but for the last five years I only have been modeling at Ringling College. I retired as a journalist at the Bradenton Herald in 2010 and have been keeping busy freelance writing and keeping up my home. I enjoy cooking, collecting books, and socializing with friends.
