• Sessions are open to all, no instruction but sharing ideas are encouraged.
• Format: Open to group consensus but typically as follow:

~ Five 2 min and two 5 min warm up poses

~ One longer pose to the end of the session

• A few tables are available on a first come first serve basis.
• Bring your own supplies. Easels are not available/provided.
