Setting Up Profile
On your member profile page on the top, you will see the exact task(s) you need to perform to grant you community access.
1. Fully complete the profile fields listed under the ‘About’ section of your profile.
2. All fields marked with an asterisk, are required and cannot be bypassed. If you skip fields or do not enter valid information, the system auto recognizes and will determine the required field has not been completed. This will affect your membership access. Please be sure you are entering valid information in the required fields.
3. All created profiles have a default avatar/profile image and cover image. You must change both of these default images to one of your own uploaded images. You will see the notification bar at the top of the center feed, that you will need to add a cover image and a avatar/profile image to access specific features. To change your cover image, hover over the top right corner of the image behind your avatar/profile image. You will see the option to change your profile image.
*Please note that if you choose NOT to change the default avatar/ profile image & cover image to one of your own, that your community access will be limited. This is a mandatory community feature and cannot be bypassed. Failing to update either will cause the following to happen:
- You will not be listed as a member in the directory and you will not be visible to any other members. Nor will you be able to interact with anyone in the community.
- You will not have access to any community features other than your own profile and that access will be limited solely to the completion of your profile.
4. Completing the above three steps fully will grant you access(based on your membership level) to the community.
~ Complete profile fields(About section).
~ Replace default Avatar image with your own.
~ Replace default Cover image with your own.
*If you have basic membership, you will still see some restrictions listed. But you will have have full access to the features available for your membership level.
