How to Delete your DCAMC Profile & Account
If you would like to delete your DCAMC Membership profile and account, you can do so by following the instructions below.
Accessing your Profile
Log-in to your account and navigate to your member profile. From your desktop computer/laptop this can be found in the top right hand corner (It’s the circle.). If you did not add a profile image, the circle will show your profile initials(this is the default view). If you added a profile image, this is what will be visible in the circle. On Mobile devices, select the three lines in the top right hand corner and the menu will appear from the left of your screen. From both devices, you can hover over the circle and then scroll down to the ‘About’ section. This will take you directly to your profile for the next step. You can also click the profile image on any device and it will take you directly to your member profile. On mobile devices you can navigate to the ‘About’ section from the top menu on your profile. On computer devices, you can access the ‘About’ section from the left hand profile menu or the top profile menu.
Deleting your Profile
Follow the steps below to delete your profile and account.
*Please note that if your membership is on a subscription, you will also need to cancel this manually to avoid future membership charges. Your payment information is not stored or saved for DCAMC to access manually. This is done to protect your payment information for your security. Your membership charges are based on if you opt-in for automatic payments with a subscription or if you choose manual membership renewals. *
