Accessing your Profile

Log-in to your account and navigate to your member profile. From your desktop computer/laptop this can be found in the top right hand corner (It’s the circle.). If you did not add a profile image, the circle will show your profile initials(this is the default view). If you added a profile image, this is what will be visible in the circle. On Mobile devices, select the three lines in the top right hand corner and the menu will appear from the left of your screen. From both devices, you can hover over the circle and then scroll down to the ‘About’ section. This will take you directly to your profile for the next step.  You can also click the profile image on any device and it will take you directly to your member profile. On mobile devices you can navigate to the ‘About’ section from the top menu on your profile. On computer devices, you can access the ‘About’ section from the left hand profile menu or the top profile menu.

When you click the profile image in the top right corner, vs hovering, you will be taken to your profile page. You can then navigate to the ‘About’ section of your profile from the top center menu or from the left menu. On mobile devices the menu will always be on the left of the screen.

Deleting your Profile

 Follow the steps below to delete your profile and account.

*Please note that if your membership is on a subscription, you will also need to cancel this manually to avoid future membership charges. Your payment information is not stored or saved for DCAMC to access manually. This is done to protect your payment information for your security. Your membership charges are based on if you opt-in for automatic payments with a subscription or if you choose manual membership renewals. 

For both computer and mobile devices, from your profile page select ‘Account’. This will take you to your Account page.

Scroll to the bottom of your ‘Account’ page to ‘Profile Deletion’ to delete your member profile and content.  *Please note that if your membership is on a subscription, you will also need to cancel this manually to avoid future membership charges. All membership information, billing, and membership cancellation can be found under the main ‘Membership Account’ menu in the header for all devices.
